The Yankee doesn’t usually host shows, known more for serving amazing soup and playing all the major games on TV, but if Fritz takes an interest in your project he’ll make an exception. Highly recommended for bands that can put down a security deposit and draw 50-100. (And if you can’t muster up those sorts of troops, Fritz will be the first to tell you to go back to playing basements).

If you can draw 50-100, you can play somewhere better. Just saying.
The Connecticut Yankee is not big.
However… The feel is intimate, the management is accommodating, and the sound is superb.
If your draw is 100 or more you might consider booking a show at Thee Parkside.

And there’s always RETOX!! Who hasn’t dreamed of a rock concert IN a jumbo jet?? Dive-y, chill, solid 50-100 fan capacity. http://retoxsf.com/
(You gotta go “down the rabbit hole” to get to the performance space…)
Are we talking 50-100 draw for one band, or for the whole bill? I was assuming the former. If your bill (usually 3 bands) can draw 150-300, you’ve got a lot of options in SF. If your whole bill can only bring 50-100, maybe the Yankee is perfect.
The Connecticut Yankee request that your bill draw be 50-100.
